It's not just the look of the web site that has changed...........read on!!

First4Football, based in Halesowen in the West Midlands (view map) offer a wide variety a football coaching services for the local community.

We have noticed in the last four years of working in the community, and in particular talking with parents and children, that their is a distinct lack of information regarding football activities locally.  Many parents have indicated in the past that they do not know how to get their children involved with football, whether in a team, or in fact on the first step of the ladder in an organised football environment.  More importantly where to go in terms of finding qualified coaches who have undergone the necessary security checks and clearances.

For this reason, it is our aim to develop this web site in a number of ways to try and help parents discover opportunities that exist within First4Football and locally.  We will continue to offer coaching services as we have always done        (see coaching services), although we are in process of change in terms of our development and restructuring, which means some activities will not quite be ready yet.

We will also be updating the site regularly so that you can view the local activities as they become available.  The site will also give you  a point of contact for any questions you may have (contact Us).

We are going to make the site more interactive with a discussion page for coaches and families to use.

Our new addition is coaches corner which will give coaching tips and ideas to managers/parents currently running teams.  We are currently in discussion with current and ex professional players with a view to them adding tips and ideas, and in some cases their favourite coaching sessions for you to copy and use.  We are also generating a supply of coaching drills that you will be able to download for a small charge, these are drills which I use on a regular basis at the West Bromwich Albion Academy.
